Property Reservations
Until the shipment has been paid it remains a property of the publishing house Verlag Angelika Hörnig.
Right of Return and Cancellation of Order:
You can cancel and return your order within 14 days if the package/wrapping was not removed or teared.
Subscriptions: You can recall your subscription within 14 days. Cancellations need to be made 3 months prior to the end of your subscription. (After the receipt of the issue before the last), otherwise the subscription is renewed for another year.
Place of Fullfilment, Jurisdiction, Applicable law
We try to be generous if any discrepancies should happen. The city of Ludwigshafen is the place of fullfilment and the jurisdiction for all shipments and services. The standard business conditions of the German BGB apply.
